At the match today the Supporters’ Trust will present a commemorative trophy to the family of the legend that is Dave Higson.

Dave’s devotion to the Wanderers was unparalleled and he worked tirelessly to support the club.  He was adored by Bolton fans and we thought it only fitting that we show our appreciation by recognising his huge contribution in this way.

As the club has changed immeasurably and moved forward into a new era over the last three years it is to their credit that they have honoured our past by recognising this great man in the naming of the  Fanzone Bar.

We will have a bumper crowd against Sheffield Wednesday today and it is fitting that we will have so many fans there to cheer our beloved Dave Ding Ding Do Higson to the rafters!
